I'm Tiffany,
an avian behaviorist
Avian Behaviorists have studied why birds behave the way they do and are able to determine some potential causes for different behaviors.
Each and every behavioral situation is unique to you and your bird. I can assess and discern potential causes for whatever is going on with your bird to make them act a certain way, and help you develop a game plan for addressing and redirecting those behaviors with positive reinforcement.
I have been referred to as a bird therapist/bird coach/bird detective, and I'm ready to hear your side of the story while offering the perspective of your bird and their side of the story so that we can develop a greater sense of understanding with each other.

Testimonials
Tiffany is amazing. She doesn't rest until she has provided multiple options and suggestions to help curb an undesired behavior. When Izzy started plucking, we tried everything we could think of, but Tiffany provided new insights and even sent us a few new toys to try, in the hopes of redirecting the behavior. She really cares about getting to know your bird, your situation, and explaining potential different reasons that your bird could have picked up a non-ideal behavior.

My GCC Rhubarb had become the ultimate Rude Boy and I couldn't figure out why. Thanks to Seed Street I not only got him some challenging toys to destroy but also got advice on how to have Rhubarb see me positively because I am the treat holder (and the hand that feeds him lol)

So my youngest conure (GJ)had been harassing my IRN (Penny)and just trying to attack him. I had a few calls with Tiffany on what to do about GJs behavior since it wasn’t ok and he had already bit Pennys toe and cause him to bleed. She helped me out with guidance and on rewarding his good behavior and how to properly do a time out (yes there is actually a right and wrong way to do it LOL who knew?) GJ improved but was still being a bully to Penny - Hormonal season began and my oldest GCC (Quentin) started being so moody and mean and I was getting really bad bites and dive bombed he was ripping feathers on GJs head when he was upset, he was just not the same and I was beginning to become fearful. I made another appt this time for Quentin. I was hesitant in getting GJ his own cage just to sleep in because Quentin and GJ were so bonded but I went ahead and just went for it to try it might as well. I was worried they would stress out and cry but the first night they did cry for a bit and then stopped. Fast forward it’s been maybe two weeks since the new cage for GJ, not only has it improved his bond with Quentin (no more feather ripping ) but for the first time GJs behavior towards Penny has also changed. I had all three near me playing with a toy and not once did GJ attempt to hurt penny or shoo him away. He really just needed his own cage and his own space and his attitude towards penny is gone😭 I’m so grateful to you!
